THIS CERTIFIES THAT HOWARD SHERMAN is the owner of Ten Preferred Shares of the Capital Stock of CHICAGO CAR COMPANY, full paid and non-assessable, transferable only on the books of this Corporation in person or by Attorney upon surrender of this Certificate properly endorsed.
In Witness Whereof, the said Corporation has caused this Certificate to be signed by its duly authorized officers and its Corporate Seal to be (Seal) hereunto affixed at Chicago, Illinois, this 10th day of January, A. D. 1915.
