II. Distinctive Rule As To Goods

Tender of goods must be specific, sec 987.

Must be unconditional, sec 988.

Goods must exactly correspond with description, and be merchantable by local law, sec 989.

If delivered at time and place fixed, this is sufficient, sec 990.

Party fixing place should notify other party, sec 991.

Designation required as to bulky articles, sec 992.
