Acceptance which attempts to change the parties is insufficient.1 If A offers to sell realty to B on certain designated terms, C can not accept such offer.2 An offer by A to sell to B, which B attempts to accept by tendering a written contract which requires A to sell to X, does not amount to a contract.3
