Fig. 1 shows the general form of the frame for a wire window blind. Fig. 2 is an elevation of the joint (A, Fig. 1)1 to a larger scale. The tenon, mortise, haunch, and wedges are indicated by dotted lines. Fig. 3 shows the construction of the joint, mitreing of the head which is stuck on the solid, and the rebate formed for the movable bead, which is not shown. The beads should be about 1/2in.
