Dip the entire mould in warm water, dab the jelly lightly with a clean cloth, lay the dish over the jelly, then reverse their position, and the jelly will have slipped easily on to the dish.
N.B. - Earthenware moulds will have to be dipped in hotter water than tin or copper ones.
