4oz. of Coco Lopez cream of coconut
4oz. of Dole pineapple juice
3oz. rum (omit this for non-alcoholic drink)
2 cups ice
Place all ingredients in a blender. Beat until ice is crushed, then mix well. Pour into
two 8oz. glasses. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
