69. Elixir Of Croton
Croton chloral hydrate, 128 grains.
Distilled water, 2 fluidounces.
Simple elixir, 14 fluidounces.
Dissolve the croton chloral hydrate in the water, and add the simple elixir (Druggists' Circular, 1875). Each fluidrachm (teaspoonful) of the finished elixir contains one grain of croton chloral hydrate.
