Required : Two eggs (new laid). One gill of milk. A pinch of salt. Spinach.
Bring the milk to the boil, crack the eggs into the boiling milk, and let them remain until the white has set, and then place them on the cooked spinach, which should have been first cooked in the double-pan hot-air cooker in a little butter.
