If there are enough individual benches for each student, an official record should be made of the tools in the bench equipment and the student should be held responsible for those tools as well as for the care of the bench. In keeping this record forms similar to the one on the preceding page should be used. The instructor and student should fill two forms for each bench, the student keeping one form and the instructor the other.
